Blue Spring State park.. get up close with Manatees. It's in Orange City, about 45 mins or so north of Kissimmee.

Busch Gardens in Tampa for rides.

Go and see cape kennedy, it was really great walking round there when I was there (I think I was 12). There were 2 shuttles on the pads at the time but the launches were delayed so I didnt get to see one take off, are the shuttles retired yet or is there another launch still to go? Still, they have various trips out to the launch pad areas (not too close up) and various bits and bobs that have been in space.
