Just been informed that the daily driver needs new disks and pads all round.
Car is a Mk IV Golf 1.9tdi SE.

Firstly the local VW dealer quoted £250 for everything fitted.
Is this a reasonable price for a dealer?

Anyway, the missus said "no" so it's up to me to sort it all out now.

Can anyone point me in the right direction of where to get some disks and pads online?
And can anyone tell me part numbers?

Thanks in advance.

Discs and pads from the dealer are not over the top expensive and you know you will be fitting the best quality parts, personally never fit anything other than genuine parts where brakes are concerned

Thanks for the advice.
Will persuade the missus to call them back and give them a sob story to get the price down.

Cheers
