Quick one for you gents - I seem to recall reading somewhere that the S3 has two ride height settings and you can specify when you order it what you want ? Is this true and do most have it lower or higher and can it be adjusted later ?

Point of all this is that I love the car (had one a while back and am considering it as a future possibility) but one owned by a neighbour seems to ride quite high.

If I have imagined all of this - sorry !

Cheers, DD.

Sounds like the sports suspension option - lower, but expensive.

An Audi S3 can't IMHO be a proper sports car anyway.

The bait is there, but I'm not biting. wink

Sounds like you've misunderstood it to me. One ride height only. The sports suspension option is only available on the rest of the range and doesn't lower it as much as the S3 anyway.

Thanks god for that ! If I had a proper sports car I would probably just crash it hehe

What makes you say that anyway ?

Just asked a mate with one, nothing mention to him when he purchased his 08 plate one.

S3 is 20mm lower than the standard A3 I think.

Of course its not a sports car, its brilliant but its not a sports car.
