Navigation install on 2007 BMW 3 series

I've just purchased a 2007 BMW 3 series tourer. It has the I-Drive system but does not have sat nav installed. Is it possible to purchase and install sat nav to the I-Drive?

If you have iDrive you have nav.

You may only have the business nav, but there is definitely nav.
