Head light Adjustment 08 120d

Hello all, last week I rang BMW to ask if I needed a sticker for my headlights or if there was a lever I could flick (I had read about it on the net). I was duly told I could buy a sticker or a dealer could do the adjustment for me.

I then rang my dealer and asked about it and I was told if I came in they would send a mechanic out with me so he could show me how its done.....

So, I have just come back from the dealers having been told that there actually isn't an adjustment at all and the only option is to put foils on the headlights.

Is this true? Is there actually a lever but he couldn't find it? (You never know.......) Any help appreciated
