A4 Cab loss of radio reception

Expecting a frost I parked my A4 Cab in the garage overnight. Took it out this morning (no frost)
and all was well however now I have virtually no radio recption; 99% fuzz with the odd bit of garbled speech on Radio 1 only. The CD and ipod work fine.

Any ideas what would cause this loss in reception and what can I do about it?

Problem solved...boot lid wasn't closed properly

Somehow affects radio reception, must be down to the diversity antenna.

Your wires are broken between the boot lid and the aerial booster in the boot. You need new wires from the boot lid to the radio unit
