19" Space Saver Wheel

Anyone know where I can purchase a 19" space saver to fit my 645 ?.
Local dealer doesn't want to know.

Surely they dont exist? A space saver has the same diameter as a normal wheel but is narrower to save space, to have a 19" version theu would need to develop a narrow tyre with incrediby low profile.

The spare wheel for the E60 5 series should be the same size/profile. Don't forget the jack kit.
