Cambelt change & Service Schedule?

I'm going to look at a couple of '5s (2004 1.8 Sports) at the weekend. One of them has 55k on the clock. Is it nearly due a cambelt change - if not when is it due?

Also, is there a service schedule anywhere on the net so I can see what needs to be done at each interval. I understand that the Mk2.5 sport has 9k service intervals?

The cam belt is at 54K (servicing every 9k miles). Here is the service checklist for the Mk2/2.5
