Folding Mirror Parts - E46 M3

Chaps,

I'm thinking about getting hold of the folding mirror parts and fitting them to my E46 Cab. I've been told all you need is the switch and essentially the guts of the folding mirrors.

The question is,...where can I find the bits? BMW only sell the complete mirror assembly and they seem to be pretty rare on eBay etc. Any ideas?

Any help would be appreciated.
