E36 HID headlights

Hi, can the euro ellipsoid headlights use HID bulbs. as it looks more projector like than a relfector type headlight.

Yes, some have converted E36/4.

They can. But will still scatter light and are still not technically road legal.

Not that it is likely to cause you any issues, but just so you are aware.
