I doubt anyone on here will cheat.

So people can declare there times via word of mouth (unless you've lapped the ring in 25 seconds in a Suzuki Alto)

If you're interested, we'll start off with a list of names.

What would the "technicalities" be, Dan? I've not followed the other championships and I can't seem to find the rules for them... IE: Arcade/GT mode? Control tyre? Mods?

I think it should be done in GT mode.

Agree on a car and state of tune.

Soft compond slicks only etc etc

Driving aids off and no NOS.

Sounds like a plan. As long as we don't choose silly expensive cars

Agree.

I'm in.

Can we choose something amusing though as opposed to the usual jap fast car/german fast car or corrado.

Something like an alto or 2cv would make for an interesting challenge.

Go for it.

You can now choose the first combo.

Not sure I can handle a 2cv with traction control off! laugh

As it happens I just had a go at the Sptifire races, with a standard car, that was pretty fun!

ETA: Make sure you choose a shortish track though, I don't fancy spending 20 minutes around the ring everytime I need to improve a bit!

I know Wildoliver is to choose the first combo, but I would like to put forward a suggestion.. how about Alpine A110, standard, on economy tyres (the slowest ones) at Tsukuba?

How about some cars like the Stratos, iirc you have to win it somehow? I know I don't have one in my garage, but it is so much fun drifting it around Costa di Amalfi for the license it would be pretty good to have a go in that I think...

What about a Ruf BTR around Trial Mountain? Must be quite "fun" with all the bumps...
