How long do you chap's leave the oil in before you change it? I think Vauxhall state 10,000 miles but I've always changed it every six months using recommended oil from the dealer.I have changed the gearbox and diff oil with Royal purple from monkfish though....

ive always changed it every 10,000 klms or yeah 6 months...
