Tag monaco gulf limited edition

Trying to get hold of a tag Monaco gulf limited edition with the White face! Anyone help?

Probably not the easiest watch to find but most of the specialist dealers who sell vintage/rare watches will also do searches for customers.

Also you could join forums such as TZ UK and log a 'wanted to buy'...

watches.co.uk have the black face in stock but if you're after something like this I reckon you may as well wait for exactly what you want.

Reckon he's just suggesting you go vintage and get the Monanco that Macqueen wore in the Le Mans film. There's the odd one for sale around and about - thinks he's given you the link to one...

Try the Tag shop in Westfield London shopping centre (Shepherds Bush), they definitely had a black face when I was there a week before Christmas

Was there at the wkd, they still have that one! I asked about the White face and they couldn't help, told me to get on eBay! Great customer service!!!!

I don't think that is bad customer service, its more a response to the reality that the watch is rare and they don't come up for sale that often. The last one I saw was about 6-9 months ago in a watch shop near Liverpool St station. I have no idea of the name as I waa just wandering by and it caught my eye. Other than that the guy in the Tag shop is right - its ebay if you are feeling brave or the usual used sites, but you are going to have to be patient!

As said above, not bad customer service, he's just telling you the situation.

IIRC, the white face version was the 2006 Ltd Edition Gulf Monaco, so, two years on, if he's not got one left, he's not going to be able to get one for you and advising you to look on ebay is about all he could do.
Unless all the Tag AD's are computer stock linked that he could search tap in to see if any other AD has one left....?
So, it's either look on the bay of evil or ring around every Tag AD in the UK to see if any have a white face left, although I'd say the chances of that are slim to none.
