In a world of political correctness I thought this was rather amusing. Make up your own mind!

So you think driving offences should be punishable by rape?

The ironic thing is he would have probaly sued an English judge for threatening behaviour in this country and got a settlement out of court.

Bless, let out early today? Let me see.

Failure to stop when directed to do so by an Officer of the Law – Never a good idea, even if you feel it is unwarranted. That said I’ll grant you it isn’t exactly kiddy fiddling.

Driving Dangerously – Well in Aus that could be 3km over the limit so I’ll give you that.

Driving without a licence – I put this in the pretty bad end of the scale, it also (in this country) means no insurance as well which, in my book, is at the Dangerous Driving end of things, rather than the 75mph on the motorway on a hot summer night one.

So 3 fairly naughty driving offences at least. In addition to the fact it was the 3rd time he had been up before the beak on driving related charges.

There are only so many times you can tell Timmy not to put his had too near the fire before you just have to let him learn the hard way.
