Found out the difference between the two aerial's in the Monaro today. details are as follows

Black Plug = Filter FM aerial only

White Plug = FM and AM aerial.

so for all those that still listen to 5 live i suggest you use the White plug or buy a aerial Y peace connector (Fleabay Has Some)

I suggest this is put in The FAQ's

Sorry for the regurgitation of a 5 year old thread...I'm finally finding some time to drop my double DIN Sony into the 'ro next week and from a web search there's various companies trying to flog completely different "aerial adapter" kit for the Monaro. There's so much deviation in what's being offered as far as connectors go that I now have zero idea which one is actually correct.

Anyone have a photo of the actual connectors on the back of the OEM unit, or a link to the correct Y adapter to bring both original lines into one?

The adapter(s) should be "ISO to DIN" (plug into eBay), and if you want a splitter, "Dual Car Aerial Antenna Splitter Adaptor Lead 1 Male DIN to 2 Female DIN". Double-check, it being Friday afternoon...

You might be able to get a dual DIN into ISO, not sure confused
