What's a good price for a H-reg E30?

I own a 318is in the E30 shape. Its a silver 3 door with the only modifications being the 5 spoke alloys,a K&N air filter,a momo gearstick and 2 6x9's. It needs a new backbox to get it through an MOT. Its done just over 190,000 miles but is still as good a runner as ever. I really don't want to sell it but I can no longer afford the insurance. What sounds like a fair price to ask for it?
