Whats my 540i sport touring worth

Im on the verge of buying an E39 M5 within the next week or so and need to shift my 540 sport 6 speed manual touring pretty quickly, In the current market what can I expect to get for it? Its in very good condition its topaz blue/ beige leather, fsh, 69k miles, Its been a fantastic car for the past 2.5 years. Any ideas of value greatly appreciated.
