20 bike and car magazines every month for the price of 5 !

I was last night chatting to a biker in Hull and he has a scheme with his local newsagent, whereby he gives the magazines back after he has read them and they are sold again!
He gets 20 mags every month and pays for just 5, that's how it works out.

(He just got tired of throwing away, or giving to the doctor's surgery, perfectly good 2-day old magazines!)

Clever or just plain WRONG?
You decide!

Clever- but I'd have trouble finding time to read 20 !!

Sprinter -Rassle and Readers Wives;)?

Me and the ladies at work do a birdy mag swap, but there never seem keen on swaping for Fast Bike and PB???

Suppose its a good idea , but I do like to keep some of mine.

I get about 4 bike and 6 car magazines a month, plus MCN.
Quite enough to absorb!

It's common place. Look at the sales figures and compare them with the estimated readership of any mag and you'll see a huge gulf between them.

I know that many factories and offices share one magazine around, etc.

Even my local barbers (run by girlies) has started buying MCN !! But I guess Doc's & dentist surgeries too have mags lying about.
