Hi.

I was planning on removing my screen and uprights come summer and having them power coated black.

The reason for this is that I thought it would be a cheaper alternative to buying a black surround and uprights.

Can anyone let me in on the rough costs of buying the screen surround and uprights second hand?

Also, if anyone knows how much it is to get the power coating done, so that I can see what costs what, this would be great too!

if you strip the glass etc, powdercoating should cost you a dozen beers if you get the right company
mine were done for just that!
