TTs spinning front but not rear wheels?
Discussion
Hi, bought the other half a TTs a couple of weeks ago and was reversing it on the drive (quite steep) Thursday last week (thick snow) when I noticed the front wheels spinning but not the rear and the car simply didn't have any traction? I thought the quattro system was supposed to prevent such activity?
Any ideas?

Dealer's confirmed the TTS are all quattro because of the 270BHP. He wasn't 100% sure why the wheels behaved in the way they did but I'm beginning to suspect it's an issue with just reverse.
would be interesting to know if it kicks in in reverse or not as iirc the old S3 kicks in the rear wheels in reverse.sounds like a Haldex trait... i have only ever had TorSen cars. Two systems wear the Quattro badge.
