fried brown connectors at the whistlestop cafe
Discussion
In my quick search this morning to work out why my nearside dipped headlight has gone to the big house, I took a look at my light box in the boot (handily marked by a strip of masking tape and a magic marker) to see if any of the connectors looked scally.
It doesn't appear that they are, so a trip to halfords and a rummage in the wheel arch is the first thing on the list next week.
However, in my explorations above the fuel tank I did notice a very brown connector. On the far right, next to the door box. Two spurs off the loom at that point, one of which goes to a 12v Lucas box (with snazzy 50s style fins on it) another connector next to that with brown ends that goes nowhere.
errr.... what?
All me buttons work and the car still goes forwards and backwards, it even goes round corners, so should i investigate this connector a little bit more, or just ignore it and hope it goes away?
