Adjusting the windows

I know there is an adjustmrnt for the angle of the window. Needs a slight adj.
But is there stop adj.
When closing the windows after putting on the roof I have to get back into the car to close the windows with the doors closed so that they don't go too high. (and hit the roof)
If I zip up the windows with doors open they foul the roof.
It's mildly irritating.

The only adjustment is via the wire at the base of the window.
