What can I do to make my Z4C 3.0si more fun... ?
Discussion
Any ideas?
Has anybody heard a good exhaust system?
I love the way the car drives and is very easy to use everyday... but still want it to sound a little more aggressive. Tempted to chop it in for a Z4MC... but the public seems very divided about which they prefer.
So if I stick with this one... what can i do to have more fun?!
Suggestions pls guys... tks!

Buy the cheapest budget tyres you can find - that will make driving it both 'fun' and 'interesting'.
You could always drill some holes in the airbox to release a bit of noise, and maybe detach the exhaust in front of the cat to give you a nice rasp!
Seriously though, you can get some decent exhausts, race cats, Gruppe M/Umnitza intake systems, etc. to make it sound more meaty.

if you haven't done it already take 30sec to remove one or both resonator bungs from the pipe that feeds engine noise back into the firewall from the engine to the passenger compartment. Huge increase in noise though two removed is a bit OTT for me. http://www.z4-forum.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&am...
A supersprint exhaust should liven up the audio a bit.
Shame the Si doesn't have the sound generator the earlier 3.0 has because it really does make them sound a bit more racey with that modified!
Not sure for driving. An Si is already going to be low and stiff and 'sporty' feeling. Lower and stiffer could well just ruin it.
Why not go try out an M Z4R? Might work out cheaper in the long run for some superb cheap (but not) thrills
