Chimaera Radiator

Dose anybody know where a Chimaera radiator is from or is it made for TVR. My one has a tiny leak and I don’t know weather to get it repaired or buy a new one?

My Land Rover mender says it's a Discovery one. shpub says it's a TVR one. When I had mine replaced, Offord did it and I have no idea what they fitted....

It is definitely a Land Rover unit, but IIRC modified by TVR. Can't remember what the mod. is though - the angle of the bottom hose connector rings a bell, but I am sure there must be something more fundamental.

Hi, had a leak in mine last month, off the road for three weeks tracking down new top & bottom hoses. Try County Radiators in Basildon 01268-727005 (Burnt mills Ind Estate). They recored the radiator and upgraded it too - all for about £190 (and a nice job in three days). They were recommended by some replica GT40 and Westfield owners. Good luck!

Think its a LRover one and it has some sort of Leyland daf tank on one end and a pipe blocked on the front a put in the back.

Its a TVR one. Get it recored as that is the cheapest option.
