What's happening on the M3 ?

Came down the M3 late last night and noticed a number of SPECS cameras have gone up in the past week or so (around junction 3 / 4)? I am assuming that some lovely roadworks are about to start?

Anyone know?

yep came back from manchester today and was rather annoying! Must have gone through at least 4 sets!

I don't think they are live yet as there are no signs indicating Speed Cameras or any mention of a temp speed limit !
