Nope. But the barn could be utilised as a garage of sorts, I suppose.

If they get close to the £1.8m asking, then that's good news as it means the recession in the village is officially over.
Looks to be about a million overpriced

Blimey - IIRC that has been for sale for some time... as in, 3yrs+

Or just keeps changing hands?

Edit to add:
At least since 2010, when it was £1.6m

http://www.flyforums.co.uk/general-fly-fishing-dis...

Further correction, 2009, £1.9m

Is it me or is the line of roof tiles wonky? Why would that be on a freshly built house of conventional roof design?

It's not that overpriced! I suspect they'll end up getting around £1.3m.

7.5m for a Gerogian mansion on 200 acres 10km from Dublin sounds pretty decent value to me.

The guide price of €7.5m is around a fifth of what Manor Park Homes paid (€45m) for the estate in 2003.

so if I read the Mail advertorial right, they got a dead granny's wedge and managed to ride a rising market. And thought that building this there would allow them to double their money and more..... And they've chased the market down for years now...... nice house, but I suspect impossible to deal with unrealistic sellers who think they are pwoperdee experts, despite someone else basically having funded it .....
