Some of the prices at Tesco caught my eye. Should last a week or two...

I too noticed some good prices in tesco yesterday. If its anything like last year the prices will stay low until Xmas and then be high until about march. I grabbed laphroig select for £26

A great excuse to build the collection.

Bugger. I was debating whether to have a wee dram of the Dfk. Seems like I have to now! Säntis really do have some great whisky!

Going to get some samples in before Christmas from Master of Malt.

Any recommendations on what to go for? No smoke ....

We did the customized advent calendar - picked sample from places we've never tried before. Also added a few gins in for good measure.

I will need to stop by Tesco to check out the pre-Christmas offers. Although I thought I had quite a selection, I realised last night that several bottles only had a single drink left in them (so obviously I finished them off!).

My bargain two bottles of Dalmore from Amazon has still not been dispatched - so although it appeared to be in stock when I ordered I guess it may be a while before I see it. Unfortunately, I waited until I ran out until placing the order and it's by far my favourite. If it isn't sent by the end of the month I'll order a couple of bottles at the "normal" price - but won't cancel my existing order. If they all turn up at roughly the same time, it will be a fine Christmas!

Mine arrived today along with the Caol Ila. I have also ordered some Kavalan Podium along with a bottle of Mackmyra Midnattssol.

Currently been enjoying, and finishing, The English Whisky Company's St Georges Day Edition of Chapter 13. I will be paying a visit again over the Christmas period when visiting the parents as it is just down the road.

I am also going through a Spirit and Cask Range (German indy bottling but they have some good stuff) Maximum Sherry No. 3. Comes in a nearly 59% and is a real sherry bomb. Just about to start the 3rd dram

Dalmore King Alexander III also now shows as back in stock for Amazon, and back at the £95 price. I just ordered two more since my first order hasn't been dispatched yet. The new order shows delivery for Tuesday (although no dispatch notification yet) - although my first order still has not estimated date.

Spent £115 on 4 bottles of whisky at Tesco last night, so with 2 (or 4) KA IIIs turning up next week I'm sorted for a while I think!

Nice collection. The Chaper 14, Yamazaki and The Ben Riach are the highlights for me.

I have just finished a Chapter 13 and my Lagavulin 16. Only a bottle of Rollercoaster, Dreifeltigkeit, Cellar Reserve and Blair Athol 18 to go and I can start with some other bottles!
