Pop Up Headlights rubbing Bonnet

Can anyone offer to align these for me?
I have tried doing it myself but no strength.
Also how do I ensure the lights are correctly pointing ahead in the dark?

Any garage that does MOT work should be able to align the headlights for you as they test this on a special rig as a part of the MOT.

The lids and the frames are both adjustable.
