Mmmmm very nice, not sure about the silver trim around the windows, but the wheels are certainly a nice touch biggrin
Mind if i ask how much you paid for it?

I paid £1700.00 for it back last June, I am not a great lover of the chrome trim, however, thats what it came with and I would have had to get a xjr/sport to get one without, mine does counter with sports suspension and a lsd though smile

That looks fantastic! The wheels look lush and really set it off.

I miss my XJ Sport like crazy.

Looks lovely. Most people in the street would still think that cost you £20k to £30k.

I know, I really should get a private plate for it, as you say most people couldnt tell how it old it is, the visual differences between the X300 and X308 are quite subtle

That is a beautiful car. Easily looks worth 10 times what you paid.

Get that private plate on!

I considered Jags but Mrs XXPLOD not keen. Settled for a Lotus Elan, but at that kind of cash maybe I could have a limo as well as the Elan. And the classic Mini.

I would add that the price I paid did not include the wheels/tyres or front grilles, which added another £1400 to my purchase price

The X300's are great cars, but, its important to find a good one, luckily the market is awash with them at the moment
