As I cruise into my mid 30's I'm starting to notice some changes.

Some of which I didn't expect.

Dancing for example. I used to be able to look quite good in the nightclub setting. This dancing ability later progressed to 'ironic' comedy dancing at weddings etc, but still, the well oiled 'moves' lurked just under the surface.

But the other day I was having a brief lounge rave with the kids, caught a glance of myself in the mirror looking devastatingly 'spaz'.

What other changes can I expect as I get older?

Nose hair.

Not being able to get up off the sofa without grunting.

Lots of other stuff

A proper session writes off the next 3 days. Even more than 2 pints means you'd better have the morning off.

Um... are you sure the spaz dancing is an actual change? Maybe it's just your perception that's changed. whistle

I'm 26 and I have only just started to get chest hair! I'm hoping that this has a knock on effect and delays the rest of the unsightly hair sprouting.

Good riddens to spots though, one of the benefits of getting older!

At 32, i've just had to move from a 30" waist trouser, to a 32" waist. I'm devastated.

You'll start appreciating beige as a rather smart colour too!

I', er, over 40.

Looking devastatingly 'spaz' - Check

Nose hair - Check - including the ones which grow on the front of the nose

Not being able to get up off the sofa without grunting - Oh god, check, that only started recently

Ear hair - Check. MrsC and her tweezers help out here

A proper session writes off the next 3 days. Hmm, typically only 36 hours or so in my case. There is hope!

I'm 26 and I have only just started to get chest hair! Check. Check GREY chest hairs

Good riddance to spots though, one of the benefits of getting older! FAIL, today I have two on my nose

It's all good really!

I celebrated Paddies day in Nice France on Tuesday night, home at 2am and now still slightly feeling the effects!

God yes - I was actually considering a beige interior for a company car and I actually thought that "that'd be rather nice".

Hey, back off.

I can't point you towards a scientific journal to provide irrefutable proof of my talent. But when Turbo B from Snap announced:

"I'm as serious as cancer when I say rhythm is a dancer"

He was in fact referrring to me, -'rhythm' being my middle name. Notionally speaking.

And 'you girls' always looked amazed when I was strutting my st... -oh hang on.

38 here and can add the following:

Grey chest hairs
Back and various limbs feel sore every now and then
Feel like an afternoon snooze some days
Can't shift my 'spare tyre' around the waist
Get beaten regularly at online PS3 games
Think some new music is rubbish e.g. don't really like Eminem's new song yikes
Suddenly found I like watching BBC Nature Documentaries (like that one on Yellowstone Park) and Peter Snow's history programs.

But on the positive side have becoming much more confident, knowledgeable and earn shed loads more money compared to 10 years ago.
