Recommended Independant

Evening,

Just thought I would post up about an independant who I've used for some work on my car.

I heard good things about Midland VW in Cannock and being as I wanted a lot of work doing on my A3 I decided to give them a call. A few emails with what I wanted were exchanged and a quote was sent to me which I was happy with. We arranged a date for the work to be done (today) and they even arranged a courtesy car for me.

So, I booked my car in for the following:

Replace cambelt, water pump and tensioner
Replace front wishbone bushes
Replace rear axle bushes
Supply and fit KW 22mm front and 25mm rear anti roll bars
Supply and fit Wietec 40mm Ultra GT kit (springs and shocks).

All this was done in a day and all the prices were much less than everyone else I had approached. I dropped the car in at 8.30am and it was ready a 5.15pm. Brilliant service and they couldnt have been more helpfull. I even got 5% off which was good (worked out to be about £60 off)

I have to say its like driving a different car, it now goes around corners like its on rails. Cant help but think thats down to the nice bright yellow chunky ARB's that are now underneath it. I've had the car for 2 years now and I'm so happy with how it drives now, the rides not choppy at all and it feels great, really well planted and the turn in is brilliant.
