Earthquake in Kent?

Really weird about twenty minutes ago. Deep rumbling noise with the house not necessarily shaking but moving to a deep vibration.

Had a quick look on Google but can't find anything yet.

Before any quick wits turn up, no, it wasn't a case of boasting about 'did the earth move for you too darling?'

Anyone know anything.

There was one a few weeks ago/last week too.

Probably just the Chunnel collapsing, nothing to worry about!

Didn't notice anything in W.Sussex - probably due to listening to iTunes whilst SWMBO watched ex-Harrods lions on Ch5.

Apparently we had one near donny last year/2007, and so our lass tells me the whole house shook, rumbling noise etc.........i slept through it, didnt even know till the next day!!














When i say near donny, it was in market rasen about 25 miles away or so!!

The only other one we've experienced was whilst on holiday in LA last year. Didn't even notice until we woke up in the morning and it was on the news.
