Printer Recommendations

My father runs a SOHO (small office/home office) and is looking to replace his ancient photocopier, steam driven fax machine, and HP Deskjet 600 with an all-in-one.

Any recommendations?

He does a fair amount of mono printing, colour would be nice, but is not essential.

I have the HP OfficeJet 7140xi All in one and it's the muts - I also run an HP Laserjet 4 for bulk black printing (I can get these used / refurnbished for around 150 notes)
