Housing Dilemma

Hi All,
I'm currently in a bit of a housing dilemma and I thought maybe people on here could give me advice/pointers as to what to do.
Basically I’m currently renting a flat for £625pcm. I am more and more becoming disenchanted with the place. A combination of neighbours I don’t really like, shared parking etc. The area it is located in is ok but not brilliant by any stretch of the imagination. The main reason for living at the current location is the close proximity to mates and the pub we all go drinking in.
I’ve seen a house for rent for £750pcm, which I can afford, which has a nice big driveway, built in garage and is detached, so it appears to resolve a lot of the issues I have about living in a flat. The house pretty much ticks all the boxes for what I need/want. The area is good but it’s about 15 miles from my current location, which means I won’t be able to do the usual things I normally do i.e. go out with the lads to the local boozer etc.
As I’m single I feel that I may become a bit isolated. So I’m really unsure as to what to do. I’m constantly spending my days on RightMove looking for a suitable property in the area I am currently in but there isn’t much knocking around. So what would you do? Stay put or move on?
