LOL !!

Can't believe that he's going to land in Regents Park - he's staying at the US ambassadors pad - very nice it is as well smile
Not sure that the 200 bodyguards will have their own on suites though !!

Suspect he'll be heading to Boujis tonight - nowhere is to go really on a Tuesday night wink

Blimey I remember some years back sitting in the car at outside the perimeter fence at the end of Stansted runway, eating fish and chips watching the aircraft landing and taking off. Next thing I know 5 heavily armed (and I mean heavily armed!) military guys in full uniform surround the car. I was a little alarmed! They proceed to question me, etc, etc.. then told me to get on my way..

Anyway I was recounting my story in the local pub and it so happened that a Stansted chap was present. He told me that it was because the EL Al plane was landing there. Apparently in those days of middle east conflict when an El Al flight was due in England its final destination could be Heathrow, Gatwick or Stansted, nobody knew until an hour before it arrived. It seemed a plausible story at the time, but I never stopped to eat my chips there again!

Actually it's kind of funny that he's staying a stones throw away from the Regent's Park Mosque - perhaps that's a bad turn of phrase ?

It is a ridiculous circus though. This is probably the prime global candidate for using modern web-meeting technology to save costs - and yet they all want a jolly to let the wives go to Harrods.

Wouldn't be suprised if PH's knew before the British media which airport and what time he was landing.

Then click the arrow towards the police car - duh !

It's definitely Stansted - Bush caused too much disruption when he landed at heathrow - took hours in the Duty Free.

I can still see it - it's outside the US ambassadors place in Regents Park - the google car was driving past and looks like the diplomatic police car followed them - then pulled them over - cop get's out of the car and then the photos stop !

If you go to the standard view at http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?f=q&source=s_q&a...

then select street view
