Bit of leather around gear lever
Discussion
Hi,
went down this road 6 months ago, quite a few companies were willing to make new ones if I sent the old one to them, albeit at a cost. In the end Martim (advertised in the Sprint) sold me an offcut of hide, I unstitched the old ambla one and used it as a template to cut out a new one and the wife stitched it together on her sewing machine. In the end it only cost a tenner and a few hours work, looks the bis' and in a contrasting (Magnolia console and navy gaiter)colours.
Taking the old one off involves removing or rather unsrewing the gaer knob, a bit of a bitch to do just persevere. and its just glued at the bottom.
