I don't really know what the cars worth, but you can do some research on the marque at www.formula27.com/

A couple of things spring to mind

1) It's on a Q plate, which isn't as desirable as an age-related plate. (Not sure if Formula 27 has enough od a single donor to get age related plates but I would have thought so?). If you don't mind the Q you can always use it as a bartering tool to knock some money off the asking price.

2) From the piccys it doesn't look like the owner has a garage? Where's it kept?

Looks like a large gate (leading to a garage). Car seems too clean to have been living outside though.
