I have finally drawn up a diagram for my bush removal tool (as best as i can on paint) as an alternative to the one that is commonly used on the Griff Pages. I will admit that the other is a tad more sophisticated, but this one was a lot easier for me to reproduce and i still managed to remove all of the bushes with it.

Here is a teaser of the diagram but i will have to come back at a later date to write up the best way i found to use it and i have some pics of it in the process.

The main point is that the lower assembly removes the central rubber, and the top drift and sleeve are used to pound out the remaining outer sleeve.

Hopefully this may be of use to someone in the future biggrin

ETA looks a bit crap, how can i put it one here full size so its actually legible? hehe

I think this site auto-resizes to fit, but the link itself will display full sized when clicked - http://i499.photobucket.com/albums/rr353/lewis_sha...
