TTRS engine in RS3/ VW R25
Discussion
I'v read that Audi have got rid of that policy.
Certain cars will still be built off normal production lines like there lower spec versions, the TT-RS is done this way.
The RS3 could probably be done in the same way.
The higher end stuff, RS6, future RS5 and RS4 will no doubt conitnue on a specific line.
Audi have to do more than one at a time, look at BMW and Merc with their M and AMG ranges.

RS stuff is still assembled by quattro GMBH I beleive; I know they had to ramp up their facilities to account for R8 production and then again to catch up with R8 demand.
Can't find linkage but I recall several interviews with bigwigs where Audi stated they were looking to expand the RS brand. This can only be a good thing (more fast metal to choose from) but I hope they don't goo too mad on the numbers front
