TomTom Western Europe Classic vs Europe Traffic V4

I'm buying a new Satnav as I've just sold the PDA which I had TomTom on.

I'm not a massive user so just want basic UK and Europe mapping. Priorities are:

1) Cost

2) Up to dateness of maps

3) No need for traffic/bluetooth/extra nonsense

4) Ubdateable-ness

Looking at the Halfrauds website shows these two as being the bottom dollar TomTom choice for European mapping:

Why is one thirty quid dearer? Is it because it has more up to date maps or is it because of extra nonsense? Which one do I want please?

Apologies for the lateness of reply - I'd totally forgotten about this thread! Looks good - I shall check it out. I've also noticed my links don't work any more as the website must have changed but given the amount of traffic this forum gets, I shall just say 'sod it'.
