Bit of a long shot, but does anybody have a copy of the template to fit the aero whiskers to the nosecone of the R500/ S3 chassis as I'm not getting much joy from Caterham

Mine were fitted by the factory during the post build check. I don't have a template but could send a couple of photos if that helps.

be careful as I mounted the wishkas at the wrong angle and the downforce real unduced too much understeer and that led to me having to alter all the spring rates and all sorts of stuff ......

Hey Dave, why do you think I'm keen to mount them in the correct position biggrin

So the whiskers when fitted caused lift at the front then? why didnt you alter the angle of them instead of going into suspension geometry etc!

Me thinks your a little off the mark......Dave's geo setup can be quickly adjusted with a special tool called a Humourtron, unfortunetly you either have one of these or you don't......they can't be purchased. wink

Takes me back this when i first fitted mine i was, pulling wheelies every time i went over 55mph, know sorted as i can know control the freestyle antics that is untill i lean back and pull hard on the wheel,you watch those whiskers get em wrong it will end in tears.
