Very good, well done. Added pix too.. ?It had Morris Minor doors, alloy panels & rear seats.
The man on the left is Ken Rawlings. He worked at P.J. Evans in Brum. He built a Triumph engined trials car Buttercup & it's said that when the factory saw it, it gave them the idea to create the TR2.
The man on the right is Jack Hay who was motoring corespondent for the Birmingham Post. His daughter Sally was Richard Burton's last wife. She lives in Perth Aus. and works with a theatre group.

Stolen from facebook, Autowrex in Leeds, c1934. I'm not expecting too many cars to be ID'd, I wonder if the veteran over the gate survived into preservation?
It would appear that the "gate keeper" was indeed restored and used for historic rallies according to this article from 2004.

Great pic. The driver of the Bedford van obviously hasn't got the hang of zebra crossings yet.
I don't know, he's waiting patiently for the Cortina to pass Would guess late 66 early 1967. No Mk2 Cortinas or Transits yet, but there's a newfangled Renault 16. Probably that Brigitte Bardot, stopped for a veggie baguette before nipping next door for a fag and a quick pint.

Also stolen from Facebook and in Yorkshire, an interesting one as it has a Seven on a trailer. Bonus points for the name of the town....
Pop quiz everyone: the car between the two tone triumph and hillsn imp. Looks a bit like a DS but nowhere near big enoughOh. Far left, up from the bedford van just seeing the back corner. RO80?? Very exotic if so..

Nose looks like a Daimler Dart?I was thinking that Bruce Ropner (co-founder of Croft Autodrome) had a Dart from new that he gave to his son Robert in the 1980s so I saw the downturned grille and assumed it would be his car.
I was very jealous of Robert, I got a rotten Mini 850.

Northallerton?
Certainly is!https://www.google.co.uk/maps/@54.3399156,-1.43440...
The bank on the right (three storey stone building} is a NatWest, the two storey building to the right of that is now a Santander, and the pub is the Black Bull. The 'zebra' crossing is now a PeLiCon crossing, and may be located a few yards further up the street these days.
I remember having to sit in my car in that car park, waiting for the AA van to arrive when my windscreen wipers completely failed during a horrendous downpour, a few years back.
