BFH '09 - 26/27/28 June?

Hi chaps, after talking to Dot and Micheline and 2 Rainers we discussed the above weekend as a possible meet for a days hoon in the Black Forest. I'm quite willing to do the planning if this weekend is OK.

Thoughts for the people further away were either
1) stay overnight Friday and then hoon Saturday and return home same night or
2) hoon and stay overnight Saturday and have a general bean feast and beers and return home Sunday
3) also possible to overnight Friday and Saturday, hooning Saturday.

I have a good little hotel in the neighbourhood where I can organise rooms and an evening meal see

Could also organise something winewise, perhaps a visit to a weingut here?

How are the dates?
How many would come?
How many rooms?
We can meet up on Hoon day for anyone who wants to come without an overnight stay.

PS sorry can't organise anything for the previous weekend as I'm sponsoring an international Rugby Tournament in St Gallen as every year and have to be there. Anyone interested? a great rugby weekend!!!

As agreed we should be able to attend :-)
@ all: prices for the hotel are EUR 80.-90.- per Room incl.breakfast, as per their website.
Beautiful little hotel.
We would love to see the rugby,but we are returning from Normandy just on that week-end, so you have
to count us out.

Hi John,

Have taken note of the dates but have to check our agendas before final decision. Ideally for us would be arriving Friday, hoon on Saturday and leave on Sunday. A drive back to the south the same day after a hoon could be a bit too much.

I'll leave this open until the end of May and hope we get some more, otherwise it won't be worth doing...
Anyone for September? I'll be available on the last 2 weekends, but I'd have to start planning earlier as we're away from mid August till 7th Sept.

We are on holidays from May 28 to around June 21, not sure of being able to have a look at my mails or the net during that time, hopefully
