Tom Tom 930T & Blackbery 8120 help

Anyone had this problem.
Using my 930T traffic live updates with my Blackberry 8120 without issue until now.

Now the set up between the 930 and blackberry gets to 65% of the process and crashes.

Tom Tom tech guys say 8120 is not compatible and even if it’s been working fine for over a year it can then just stop working.

Can this be right?

Anyone else been here?

I have a Tomtom 930T which works fine with a Blackberry 8310 - as you have had 12 months without problems, it seems strange that it should suddenly stop working - hoave you recently done an update of the Tomtom operating system - if so, maybe it would be worth reverting to an older version?

Thanks for the ideas. I have tried the factory setting reset option. I did download the latest TT software but not sure if or how you can turn this back.
