Well Dibble (the fat, lazy knacker) has finally bitten the bullet, enrolled in a gym, and is getting on with (a) shifting some weight, and (b) getting fitter.

This could take a while.

So while I'm sweating away like a paedophile in a Kindergarten, can you recommend me some tracks to load up on the iPod?

Artist and track name please.

123 kilos at the moment. Jeebus.

Foo Fighters - The Pretender

Just make sure that every 3rd or 4th song is fast - the fast ones will perk you up if you start flagging!

I have a mixture of 'housey' mixes and a load of my favourite tracks on if I'm not in the mood for a proper session. As said, just keep them up beat and lively.

'Hearts on Fire' and 'No Easy Way Out' - Rocky IV soundtrack. Immense, always helps me push through the last few hundred metres/reps's! smile

Hard Dance Republic...CD2...Rob Tissera...

You need this in your life...now! hehe

Seriously though, the tempo is unreal. Keeps me going on the X-trainer for 30mins easy.

At the moment Fallout Boy seem to be keeping me relatively interested in the gym. 'I don't care' seem to help get those last few reps out.

Global Underground and Renaissance series are good if you like dance music.
My favourites are Dave Seaman and Hernan Cattaneo.

Free downloads of House and Trance mixed up into ~hour sessions. Perfect for the gym. (Even if I do say so myself).
