Where do I buy a custom instrument case?

I'd like to get a hard case for my rack keyboard - it's a Clavia Nord Lead 2x - which I've recently taken out of the rack to take to rehearsals. Ideally something small with foam inside which I can cut to fit.

I know that these exist, but despite lots of Googling, I can't find any on the internet. Any help appreciated!

Actually, the SKB option is even better as I wouldn't need to take it out of the "case" when using it.
