Dennis - the spirit of your post suggests Tom has been disrespected.
This is the first time I've commented in any open forum on Tom and/or Claremont. No one, at least of late, has disrespected either entity as far as I can see. I will admit that the comments posted recently haven't exactly been positive but those comments have been limited to his prices. What can you honestly expect though? They are, in the main, exorbitant but on the other side of the discussion, we all have our choices. I will say that on the one occasion I needed his services his staff treated me with respect and my car the care and attention that got my respect. The battery I bought from Tom wasn't cheap but when it comes to my car I don't do or expect cheap, I don't want to be ripped off either (that has happened) and that's a matter of education and choice in my opinion.
