Does anyone have any good ideas for tuning a Seat Leon 2.0 TDI 16v (140bhp) or is it even worth it? haha

I'm not sure if its worth getting the engine re-mapped or adding air filters etc? I only got it end of Jan and am not going to get rid for at least another 12 months.. fancy giving it a personal touch though!

Thanks in advance..

Remapping and an air filter to help it breath is a good idea,we use custom-code software which in my opinion is the best on the market, hope that helps should see around 170bhp and around 50/60lb/ft torque increase.

Well worth it. Theres someone on uk-mkivs.net who got 185bhp out of his 140pd with just a standard remap. You also get improved economy.

But do be gentle with your clutch afterwards wink

Simple remap on these does make a big difference smile

used to have a cupra 150, tuned to around 215, had to use a uprated clutch because of the torque, id always get an uprated clutch on any remapped car
