cant load software

trying to put microsoft oriface(office)onto the pc for the spiv phone and get .. c:Documents and settingsDenny RobertsMy DocumentsFILESSETUPsetup.INI is missing or invalid please insure this file exists and is accessible



also loading the DCU software for the pc to connect to the spiv phone brings this up ..... This application has failed to startbecause RAPI.dll was not found . Re-installing the application may fix this problem ,, Errr no it doesnt

try logging on as a different user and installing.

Make sur ethat you have setup.ini on your CD - if so copy it directly into the suggested directory. If not download the appropriate version from the web, and then copy it into the directory.

rapi.dll seems to be a library file used with connectivity between your PC and things that use WinCE (pocket computers, SPV phone etc.) Which would make sense

Do a search for it and see if it is actually on your PC first (should be in the C:windowssystem32 directory). Secondly Uninstall and reinstall the SPV connectivity software. Failing that, mail me and I will send you the version I have on my PC to see if that helps

Right ive got office on the pc allready so i didnt need that , ive just managed to get microsoft activesync 3.7.1 on the pooter by downloading from microsofts website , now for the last hurdle smartphone config wizard
