hello all, been trying to get a otrcai for the last bloody 2 weeks now and its starting to do my head in!!
ive emailed charlie at otrcai and he hasnt replyed. ive also asked mark at rapid but his are a little out of my price range.
is anybody selling one or ordering one?
with the help of a good engineer ive made a custom stainless cat back which is now fitted.(pics coming soon) all that i want now is the god dam otr so i can get booked in at rapid for a remap!!
it has to be maff as ive decided to keep it because mark needs the car for 2 days for a maff-less tune. and i just cant get that time off work plus i live in scotland!
can anybody help me out?

Chris Donkv8 has the highest bhp stock LS2 vxr8 now (that mine is no longer LS2)
He runs the orrsom otrcai with his maf.

What vehicle do you have? I think the later model Monaro's might not be covered.

i have 04 cv8, i have contacted charlie at the site but he's not replyied! i may have to try again!
i have the money ready and im just wanting to get it done so i can get the car mapped, i would have gone for a normal air intake but after seeing the benefits of the otr on my friends camaro i must have one!

yeah his 1/4 went down from a 13.9 to a 13.2 and he's still running the maff, no map with a catback exhaust. this is a impressive time for a stock ls1.
his car picked up top end allot more probably due to the 'ram air' affect. i want one!!!

At SRR he had over 340rwhp IIRC most other LS2's we in the 32x range. Plus he had no map, just an exhaust.
Im sure he will be along soon to confirm.
I had 360rwhp with an otrcai and stock exhaust, but had 1.8:1 rockers as well. Thats the highest powered stock LS2 at SRR so far

............347.1 rwhp to be precise. Rich, while you are on here (sorry for hijack) just got back from France, couple of problems with r8, engine check alert comes on and off, assume o2 sensor? and traction control disengages itself when car is stationary, ie traffic lights etc.............any ideas apart from Another trip to Picadors!!!!!........

Yeah you need to scan it mate. It could be related. You can pull the BCM and ECU fuses to do a hard reset if its happening frequently.When I was messing around with my wideband and O2 I had the TC and ABS do weird things. Seems all fine now though.
So yeah, scan it and see what the codes are.
You could try emailing svede1212 from the ls1.com forum. He custom makes otrcai's for 04 GTO's. By the looks of it he has had very good reviews, and may cost less than getting one of oz.
